The Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course provides a comprehensive exploration of Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma principles, equipping professionals with the knowledge to contribute meaningfully to process improvement initiatives. Through the Six Sigma DMAIC roadmap, participants will master methodologies for defining project goals, analyzing inefficiencies, and implementing effective solutions. Each phase of the DMAIC process is explored in depth, from capturing the Voice of the Customer and developing a project charter to identifying root causes with Fishbone diagrams and the 5 Why analysis. This certification prepares professionals to support and lead quality initiatives, ensuring measurable impact in any organization.
